La ubicacion, la vista, súper completo el departamento a nivel cocina, lavarropas.
La ducha es diminuta y es imposible tener elementos contigo dentro. Imposible agacharse o moverse. No se ofrecía ni una cápsula de café para desayunar. Me hubiese gustado ese gesto.

La struttura si presenta molto bene, pulita e accogliente, in quanto la posizione e centralissima, collegata con tutti servizi, ristoranti, stazione, porto e negozi. Unica pecca, non ci sono parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze.
Il palazzo non ha un interruttore per aprire il portone da dentro, non si può uscire da soli se si è in due. Sopratutto per il check out difficoltoso, aprire il cancello con la chiave e poi risalire a sistemare le chiavi nella cassettina. Direi di renderla più semplice. Suggerisco inoltre di lasciare acqua per chi arriva la notte e almeno due cialdine da caffè di benvenuto. I vicini di casa sono assolutamente maleducati, accendono la radio dalle 6 del mattino a volume altissimo e urlano senza ritegno, disturbando la pace e il risveglio del soggiorno. Inaccettabile.
