I liked everything, the Healing in the City is a great name for the accommodation.

Prostorné, dobrá lokalita blízko všeho potřebného

Při příjezdu na místo nám bylo tvrzeno, že tam žádné ubytování není. Poté po komunikaci bylo zjištěno že je, ale pokoj nebyl nachytaný. Na uklizení pokoje jsme čekali asi hodinu.

Poor start unfortunately we had to wait for assistance then wait again for cleaning to be done then no tv as stated working everyday told it would be sorted but wasn’t workers arrived on day 2 to di work infront of our balcony no hot water to shower cooker only 2 hob work slow only 2 pots in cuboard had to ask for tin opener shame because could be good place but we had problems from day one then night before not air conditioning or lights. Michelle gave us lamps but so hot wasn’t gud last nyt at all although she offered us another room we needed to pack and clean out apartment as u di when leavin next day

Tv should be working clear contact on how to get in apartment we had the neighbours get in touch as we was getting no response maybe upgrade cooker and bigger tv that works and have apartment ready for guests on time as we had to wait around outside so hot for cleaner to come then no offer of drink and we were roasting so sad that happened as booked well in advance also everyday asked about payment atleast a month before going out to then be told wanted cash instead of bank transfer which is what booking.com booked with us so another charge for us not good
