Not clean, if your going to charge $300+ for a “cleaning” fee, please have it cleaned. Please respond to messages when t

Floors were filthy, our feet were black after getting out of the shower due to the dirty floors, clearly weren't mopped. Bed sheets had stains and were dirty with black hairs upon arrival, I tried messaging you guys thru the booking.com app and calling no one replied/answered trying to get new sheets to change out ourselves. Towels didn't smell clean. Brown stains on the wall in the king size bed room. Overall, very disappointed with the stay as we spent a lot of money for the 2 nights we stayed and the cleaning fee alone was $300+, you expect a clean place. Please respond in a timely manner to messages, I can only imagine if something with pertinence needed to be done, they wouldn’t respond.
