Gute Lage, ruhige Wohngegend, fussläufig Supermarkt und Restaurants, sowie der botanischen Garten, verkehrsgünstige Anbindung an die Straßenbahn, sehr nette Vermieter, die gute Tipps haben und sich sehr kümmern! Wohnung liegt im Keller, daher angenehm kühl im Sommer mit Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück.

Hana and Viktor are very friendly providing snacks and many useful information around the house and Gothenburg like restaurants / traffic. The decorations and furniture in the house are lovely. The house is not far from botanical garden therefore you can see many trees, birds and animals like deer. About 4 min walk to the nearest station so you can still go to downtown conveniently.
It might not be the best choice for shopping. Also if you don’t like to live in a basement you might need another option.
