Klidná lokalita s dostupností nákupního centra i pláží. Areál je starý cca 4 roky. Moderně vybavený prostorný apartmán v kvalitě plnohodnotné bytové jednotky. K dispozici společný bazén se sluneční terasou a lehátky. Vynikající parkovací plocha přímo v oploceném areálu.
Vyžadována svépomocná likvidace kuchyňských a jiných odpadů. Žádný kontejner není v areálu. V okolí probíhá výstavba - příjezdová komunikace je prašná a nezpevněná s hlubšími výmoly.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort des chambres, la très bonne literie, la propreté impeccable et les équipements modernes.
Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous.
L'espace piscine est très agréable, sécurisé et parfaitement entretenue.
Egalement un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.
C'était très agréable de pouvoir discuter directement avec eux : leur accueil chaleureux nous donne envie de revenir très vite !
