Excellent location. Quite a few negatives but for the price it was great value and if the issues mentioned by the many others before me were sorted it would be a 10/10

I cannot understand why the negative parts of other people's reviews have not been acted upon- Toilet won't flush properly Water comes from the ceiling in the bathroom- you actually get rained on Strange smell sometimes Shower freezing sometimes (I was the only person staying in this apartment)- the tank must be shared with property next door Only 70% WiFi Hard bed If you knowingly rent out your apartment based on these misgivings shouldn't a price reduction be made. It is immoral For me personally I was really annoyed to learn that all "conditions" were not mentioned on the booking site so I could make an educated and informed decision before I booked. Looking up the schedule for the recycling and the trash for the occupier to sort themselves. What a joke. I go on holidays to get away from all of that. I want to be researching excursions and restaurants etc. and it was the first thing I was faced with when I walked in both doors, mentioned as a " reminder"- I think you need to look up the meaning of the word. And I received a message from the host about it also. Much too aggressive! I always endeavour to leave a place as clean as possible and have no problem separating my recycling/trash but to have to go bringing it to some random bins was way too far... It was a bit intimidating for me .

Posizione centrale molto comoda, ben ristrutturato, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, proprietario gentile e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Очень красивая парадная. Дом прямо в центре города. Очень понравилось бесконтактное заселение и вход по кодовому замку - не обязательно таскать с собой ключ. Просторная гостиная-кухня. Две полноценные комнаты , одна с балкончиком. На кухне есть кофе для кофе машины , сама кофе машина, варочная панель и чайник. Но нет инструкции ни к одному прибору. Правда, хозяин по запросу тут же прислал нам все инструкции. А вот соль, сахар и подсолнечное масло пришлось покупать. В остальном замечательная квартира , все рядом : центр, станция метро , археологический музей, кафе, пиццерии и несколько супермаркетов

Отсутствие соли, сахара и масла. Отсутствие инструкций для кухонных приборов и швабры для мытья полов . Платный лифт! Причем он настолько маленький, что трое человек с чемоданами еле еле вошли)

Lokal na 3 piętrze, czysto, toaleta z prysznicem i bidetem, kuchnia z lodówką i kuchenką. Sypialnie całkiem duże z szafami i lampkami nocnymi. W jednym pokoju okno, a w drugim balkon. Okolica spokojna, niedaleko kilka sklepów. Blisko i do centrum historycznego i do metra/autobusu. Wszędzie mogliśmy dojść pieszo.

W apartamencie brak wentylacji. W łazience był wyciąg włączany razem ze światłem ale nie wystarczał. W łazience woda zbierała się na zbiorniku z wodą do spłukiwania i suficie. Kapało na głowę. W pozostałych pomieszczeniach brak wentylacji. Latem może nie jest to problem bo można zostawić otwarte okno czy drzwi na balkon ale wiosną czuliśmy że nasze ubrania stają się wilgotne. Kuriozum jest płatna winda - 20 centów. Za mało zastawy kuchennej dla czterech osób. Łóżka twarde, a poduszka tak płaska, że nawet złożona na pół była za nisko.
