The aircon was very efficient and the place was nice and tidy, which was very nice.
The washing machine was out of order, but we managed.

I liked the cleanness the most. Also the location was good. Very silent area next to the biggest shopping mall in the city.
Landlord was not helpful. The hospitality was low. He could be more friendly and helping. Visitors are foreigners and they need more help.

For my purposes the location was ideal. The fact that the apartment had its own parking lot.
The furniture is pretty old and the apartment could do with a fresh coat of paint everywhere! Also the couch had stains on it.
Another thing that I had difficulty with is to get hold of the key on arrival due to the fact that the key was in a lock with a pin. It didn't seem to work, so that I had to call the owner who handed me the key.
