About this villa rental
Villa Feia in Korakohori is situated in a private olive grove. It's overlooking a bay with access to the sea and has views of the Ionian sea, with clear day and night views of Zante and Kefallonia. The villa has its own entrance (gate) and private garden, and has direct access to the bay. The villa meets the exacting standards of the Greek National Tourist organisation . The short-term lease registration number is 00000179246 . A spacious and architecturally designed house (with a personal and hospitable touch), it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. Large veranda and garden, opened terrace, barbecue and terrace shower, garden furniture, dining area with a view of the sea and garden and a private swimming pool are just a few of the amenities on the ground floor.. Both bedrooms on the second floor have comfortable furniture and their own balconies with breathtaking views of the sea and garden. The living room can sleep 1 person on a comfortable sofa bed when needed. The living room also includes a dining area. All outside areas are fully lit at night and both the property and the garden are suitable for children. Its unique location and surroundings makes it a popular destination both for summer and winter travellers.

We had the most wonderful week at Villa Feia. The villa's setting at the end of the lane, right on the edge of the sea in a beautiful elegant, flower filled garden is truly spectacular. Anna was a wonderful, friendly host and met us on arrival with a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and some delicious wine which was a nice touch. A cleaner came in the middle of the week and Anna appeared again with yet MORE gifts of fruit and some beautiful fresh flowers. We were really touched by this. The villa was faultlessly clean, airy and very comfortable. Lovely and quiet with spectacular stars at night. A few steps down to the sea where there is a small terrace and a ladder into the water. The local village of Katakolo (3km - 5mins) has a charming harbour lined with restaurants and a street of nice shops + a couple of small supermarkets. A large supermarket further down the road has everything. Our favourite beach was Matzakoura (1.5km) - a naturalistic pretty beach with a sandy island you can easily swim to. Also Agios Andreas beach has sunbeds etc and some really very good restaurants on the beach (our favourite was Beavoir - super cool elegant Ibiza style with). Olympia is less than an hour away and a great day out and if you want to go a bit further and fancy a hike - visit the monasteries in the Louisos gorge - absolutely spectacular! There are many other recommendations in the super helpful and very comprehensive manuals that Anna (and her friend Saskia) have produced, and they are always on hand if there's anything you need. Couldn't recommend the villa and Anna more! Well deserving of it's 5 star rating... I'd give it 6 stars if I could... Thanks again Anna for a wonderful stay!

Lovely villa in a super location. Hosts who live closeby friendly and helpful.
Car essential and directions to a larger supermsrket. Tavernas fairly close .
Lovely sunsets over Zakynthos seen from the òutside dining table.
Overall an excellent relaxing holiday.

We had such a lovely stay in Villa Feia! The place is amazing, well equipped, and beautifully decorated with touches of Mrs Anna's lovely artwork! We went there for a one week stay and left with new friends (Mrs Anna and Mr Panos) and a promise to go again next year. Thank you!
A few tips:
- Both my fiancée and I worked remotely for an entire week while staying at Villa Feia. We conducted multiple video calls and had no issues with the WiFi whatsoever.
- We ordered hearty home-cooked food every day for lunch, from Mrs Machi's tavern in nearby Korakochori. Mrs Machi is a very good cook and makes different dishes every day!
