If lake time is your favorite time - then this is the place to go! This beautifully remodeled waterfront lake home is situated perfectly on Weiss Lake with amenities that include a private pier, private boat launch, plenty of parking for boat trailers, a large yard and outdoor space. Inside you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, two sitting/entertainment areas, two large bathrooms, and three bedrooms to relax - with additional sleeping options available.
Quiet neighborhood that offers plenty of privacy.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and present during the entire rental.
No smoking indoors - please be respectful when disposing of tobacco products.
Small events are allowed for up to 30 people allowed outside of the right to privacy hours of 10:00 P until 8:00 A
Right to privacy is nightly from 10:00 P - 8:00 A. During these hours, the only occupants allowed on the property are the occupants registered in the rental to stay overnight.

Our family had a fantastic time here during our 4 night stay. The property is ideal for fishing, swimming, boating, etc. The beds were very comfortable and both floors have air-conditioning for those staying upstairs. While there were many, many more pros than cons, you should be aware that if you plan on cooking for more than two people, you will need to bring your own cookware. Since we had eight people to cook for, one 8” warped skillet wasn’t cutting it for cooking 6 pounds of ground beef. If you plan on using the grill, you’ll need your own tools for that as well since the 0.99 tongs and spatula are practically useless. I understand being a rental you don’t want to buy expensive cookware/utensils, however, supplying the kitchen with the absolute cheapest stuff you could buy, just doesn’t cut it. Additionally, there was no broom or vacuum so we had to continually clean up dirt brought in on shoes with wet paper towels. As far as safety items go, be aware if you are bringing children or elderly, there is no handrail going up the 12 steps and the bunkbed has a ceiling fan right over it. Luckily, we noticed and disabled that before our kids climbed up to the top bunk. Despite the shortcomings I listed, I definitely would stay here again and recommend this location. The next-door neighbor, Bruce, is very friendly and a wealth of information too.

Quiet place to stay. Kids enjoyed it . WiFi was down about 18 hours but given the storm that came through the day before it does not surprise me.
