About this apartment rental
This magnificent sixth-floor penthouse has sweeping ocean views from each of its four luxury bedrooms. It features four spacious bathrooms, one half bathroom, and an ample, fully-furnished terrace. It is located in Hacienda, a safe and quiet gated community a few blocks away from Cabo's main attractions.
Each master bedroom has a large bathroom with a jetted tub and tiled shower, as well as dual vanities. The two guest bedrooms are complete with elegant, tiled bathrooms.
The terrace is connected to the living room by means of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which creates a single, ocean breeze-filled space. The terrace boasts a lavish jacuzzi, a stainless steel BBQ, and a dining table for al fresco meals.
The penthouse's living room was designed with high ceilings buttressed by soothing wooden beams. It is adjacent to a state-of-the art, fully-stocked kitchen with granite counters and sitting spaces. Conveniently centered in the living room, there is an elegant oak dining table for eight.
There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom and one in the living room, all equipped with US satellite programming. The Internet is high-speed and wireless, and there is an office nook complete with a desk and chair. The penthouse also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Location
This stately property is located in Hacienda, an exclusive and safe 22-acre gated community less than 2,000 feet from Cabo San Lucas' lively marina, pulsating nightlife, and sophisticated restaurants. The atmosphere inside Hacienda is of a small, serene European-style village, featuring hand-hewn stone ledger, Mexican cantera stone, dark wood accents, and authentic wrought iron detailing.
Hacienda incorporates elements of the original 1960's Hacienda Hotel, a favorite destination of John Wayne, The Rat Pack, and other celebrities.
This gated community has direct access to the incomparably beautiful Medano Beach and features a unique beach club with two infinity edge pools, top-rated restaurant Cocina y Cantina, and a fully-equipped beach activities center for kayaking or paddleboarding.
Hacienda's superb amenities are complete with a state-of-the-art gym, yoga classes, and a majestic spa for total relaxation.
