The Pisces Luxury Collection has been carefully crafted to include the finest properties, catering to the most discerning travelers and their families. Our collection comprises private residences ranging from fabulous beachfront villas and spectacular golf-course homes to ocean-view properties throughout Cabo. Our villa collection is managed and operated with the highest level of service and attention to detail, complemented by luxurious personal service.
The Space:
Zapata Penthouse boasts 5,500 sq ft of total living area, of which 4,330 sq ft is air-conditioned. This fine home features four spacious bedrooms and four and a half luxurious bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two queen-sized beds. All bedrooms have 55" smart TVs. Zapata Penthouse features a soothing jacuzzi, state-of-the-art BBQ, stone fireplace, and an airy living area that connects to a spacious terrace and a gourmet kitchen. The living room includes an 85" smart TV. Whole-house smartphone-controlled Sonos sound system.
The Neighborhood:
This stately property is located in Hacienda, an exclusive beachfront 22-acre gated beachfront community. It is walking distance to the Cabo San Lucas lively marina, pulsating nightlife, and sophisticated restaurants. The atmosphere inside Hacienda is of a small, serene European-style village featuring hand-sewn stone ledger, Mexican cantera stone, dark wood accents, and authentic wrought iron detailing. This gated community has direct access to the incomparably beautiful Medano Beach and Cantina Restaurant and a fully equipped beach activity center for kayaking and paddleboarding.

For our daughters 21st birthday we decided to take her and five friends to Cabo. The moment we walked in to this property I new this place was going to be perfect. The amenities are beautiful. Plenty of open space for the girls to spread out. The patio is spacious and has an incredible view. The acomadations are first class. My wife and I normally stay at Las Ventanas. We found this to be more young adult friendly, but still keeping a very high standard. This is mainly because of the location. It is in the hart of the action. Between The Mango Deck, The Ofice, Squid Row, and the marina a short walk got you to any of them. We fished with the Pisces fleet for two days. There dock was just a couple of minutes walk from the gate, and the fishing was great. First day out I went solo and got two stripped Marlin. The second day the kids came with me and all seven of us caught a Mahi Mahi in the 20-25 lbs range. We brought one back to the hotel and they prepared civeche and sushi that the staff served us on the beach in the late afternoon. I can't say enough how happy we were with this property, and we will be coming back.
