☀️Seaside Sunrise – Summer Escape
Looking for a quiet getaway? Seaside Sunrise has a few select dates available in August at a reduced rate.
Seaside Sunrise is a beautiful and cozy beachfront home located on Carrabelle Beach. Private and secluded and is the perfect beach getaway! Enjoy watching the sunset on the large deck as well as a screened in porch. Both porches have seating including a high-top table, 4 chairs, and outdoor sofa on the screened in porch. There is a path with a wooden walkway that leads to the beach, the yard is on a maintenance routine to ensure great views. This home is a 2BR/1BA that will comfortably sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed, both bedrooms have a dresser and closet. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink vanity. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, standard coffee maker, pots and pans, as well as dishes, utensils, cups, and ice maker pieces. Kitchen table with seating for 6. The living room has a large flat screened tv with internet streaming. There is also a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt water and sand. Other amenities include beach chairs, beach towels, and a washer and dryer.
This property requires a 2 night minimum.
PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY OWNER
We will accept 2 pet under 35lbs. with a non-refundable $100 pet fee per pet.

Other area attractions include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, cycling paths, guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children), Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve, St. James Bay Golf Course, a variety of local seafood eateries, and a local supermarket.

The house was very clean. There is not much of a view as far as water goes from the house, but once you walk down the path, there is a very quiet, mostly empty, beautiful beach. The house was well stocked, and lots of toys and chairs on the back porch for the beach (we even donated a chair and some toys to the pile). We loved the house and area and we are already planning for next year.

This property was absolutely perfect for us! House was spotless. Bed was so comfy!! Everything we needed for 4 nights to rejuvenate! Easy walk to the beach. I read and husband fished. The true beauty of the "forgotten coast." The beach was completely uncrowded and just great "mom and pop" restaurants to eat at - highly recommed the Fisherman's Wife and the fresh flounder if they have it. Everyone we met was so nice and never had a need to contact the owners because everything was perfect. The best getaway if you want to escape the chaos of people - haha. I'm a school counselor and just wanted to escape the busy world of people - and it was perfect!!

The Cottage was updated, clean and well supplied with all the necessities for staying at the beach. The cottage had a quaint warm feeling and was very comfortable and inviting. Was nice to be able to bring our dog. The beach was just a short walk out the back door.
