☀️Seaside Sunrise – Summer Escape
Looking for a quiet getaway? Seaside Sunrise has a few select dates available in August at a reduced rate.
Seaside Sunrise is a beautiful and cozy beachfront home located on Carrabelle Beach. Private and secluded and is the perfect beach getaway! Enjoy watching the sunset on the large deck as well as a screened in porch. Both porches have seating including a high-top table, 4 chairs, and outdoor sofa on the screened in porch. There is a path with a wooden walkway that leads to the beach, the yard is on a maintenance routine to ensure great views. This home is a 2BR/1BA that will comfortably sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed, both bedrooms have a dresser and closet. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink vanity. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, standard coffee maker, pots and pans, as well as dishes, utensils, cups, and ice maker pieces. Kitchen table with seating for 6. The living room has a large flat screened tv with internet streaming. There is also a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt water and sand. Other amenities include beach chairs, beach towels, and a washer and dryer.
This property requires a 2 night minimum.
PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY OWNER
We will accept 2 pet under 35lbs. with a non-refundable $100 pet fee per pet.

Other area attractions include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, cycling paths, guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children), Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve, St. James Bay Golf Course, a variety of local seafood eateries, and a local supermarket.

Beach view -- you can see some water from the house, .you can hear the waves and it is a short walk over the dune to the beach.Caught 1 pompano,1 trout, catfish, about 10 small sharks right off the beach.Really no shells at this beach but beautiful white sand and shore birds. It was very pet friendly even the beach. Good back yard to go outside.Clean, but I think 6 adult people would be kinda crowded, unless there kids. They fit but someone in the living room, not me while on vacation.Beautiful decor.Nice dishes. A nice new fry pan would be great. There was no cover for the crock pot, good set of knives if you like to cook. Or bring your own. Depends on if you like to cook alot.

We always love Carrabelle but can’t always get this rental. It’s very popular! I love the deck, the walk to the beach, and how quiet the beach can be. It’s an easy 3 hr drive from us. We will be back!

The house was very clean. There is not much of a view as far as water goes from the house, but once you walk down the path, there is a very quiet, mostly empty, beautiful beach. The house was well stocked, and lots of toys and chairs on the back porch for the beach (we even donated a chair and some toys to the pile). We loved the house and area and we are already planning for next year.
