The first floor has a large and comfortable living area. Enjoy cooking your favorite meals in a beautiful, contemporary kitchen, which opens to dining and family room. Sit back and relax white enjoying your favorite show or movie on 65” ultra height definition TV. Upstairs offers 4 bedrooms with 5 beds, including a master bedroom with its own private full bath. Fenced backyard has a patio. Enjoy your evenings sitting by the gas fire outside with your company, while you take delight in your favorite drink. We know how important it is to stay healthy during your travels, thats why we utilize extra cleaning procedures to keep our home clean!

Excellent communication with host throughout stay. We wanted a quiet place to retreat to after busy days before and after our son’s wedding, and this was ideally located. We used it primarily for sleeping, but there were many extras. We will keep it in mind for our future trips to Westerville/Columbus. Thank you, Pavel!

Kitchen was updated and nice. Furniture was uncomfortable. Host responded quickly to questions. Place can still use some updating.

We’ve stayed in many rentals. This was the worst. I wouldn’t say the listing is misrepresented, but it’s not anywhere my family would return. The neighborhood is crowded and lacking maintenance. There was dirty laundry and pins on the floor in two separate rooms. We had to go buy trash bags and toilet paper immediately. The couch is broken. It’s a long list. We did not pay much for the rental, so I will not say we were fooled. I will say that I’d want a review like this posted if I was looking for a place to have my family stay for a few nights. The host is not a great communicator. I received the lock code after checking time and only because I asked twice. There is no defined check in or checkout process as I am used to with these priorities. Overall, I do NOT recommend!
