The condo has 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and can accommodate 2 couples or families of 4. Relax on the upper deck with a cozy fire pit after a day of exploring. Complimentary paddleboards are available for guests. Please note there are stairs. Walking distance of a general store, restaurant, ice cream store.
The Space:
The kitchen is fully equipped with latest brand-new appliances, high-quality utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, and other necessary items. The deck area features a grill with all the essential utensils, a comfortable seating area, and a cozy fireplace to enjoy the captivating sunsets over the Boldy mountain. The home gives a feeling of brightness and spaciousness due to its large windows and open kitchen. The master bedroom is equipped with a brand-new Zinus mattress, large windows, room-darkening curtains, a workspace, clothing rack, dresser, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The condo's living room comes equipped with an additional queen-sized Murphy bed, providing comfortable accommodation for up to four people. The space is suitable for remote workers with a high-speed fiber internet connection and a designated workspace. For those seeking leisure, the entertainment options include board games, puzzles, and a brand new smart TV.
Additionally, guests can use two paddle boards located in the unit. We will provide detailed information on the best spots for paddleboarding.
Guest Access:
Access to the entire unit is granted via a digital keypad located on the outside door. There are 20 steps to get upstairs. Please consider that before booking. The ground garage is exclusively reserved for the owner's use unless you have made a request for the use of the EV charger. The condo offers free on-site parking in front of the building.
The Neighborhood:
Brand new development in the heart of Swan Valley. Beautiful Rainey creek runs through the neighborhood. grocery store, gas station, and restaurant are only minutes away.
Getting Around:
Swan Valley, Idaho is a gateway to Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
It is a mountain town nestled at the base of Pine Creek Pass and it sits along the South Fork of the Snake River.
-Grand Teton National Park is about an hour drive from Swan Valley. To get there, take Pine Creek Pass to Victor, Idaho, and then climb up Teton Pass to Wilson, Wyoming. Watch out for wildlife, especially at night. You can enter park either through Moose-Wilson Road, past Teton Village, or drive through the town of Jackson and head north to the town of Moose.
-The south entrance to Yellowstone National Park is about a 2 hour drive from Swan Valley. Almost the entire drive yields breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range.
-The nearest airport to Swan Valley is in Jackson Hole which is about 44 miles away. There is also one in Idaho Falls which is about 50 miles away. Salt Lake offers a bigger international airport and is about a 4 hour drive from Swan Valley.

Loved this property. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking our meals. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Too bad that we could only sit out one night due to all the rain! Migle was great when we had questions. She texted us right back. Bed was comfy and the shower was great. Highly recommend this place for a trip to the Jackson Hole/Tetons/Yellowstone area.
