About this villa rental
Nestled in a quiet location. This is a great location to explore Bali from as you are in the center only 10 min drive to the Seminyak area, famous for all its beautiful restaurants and shopping spaces. Only 10 minutes to Canggu & Echo Beach, known for sunset walks or early morning surf, 50 mins from Uluwatu, 50 mins from Ubud, and 30 mins from the airport.
This Villa is situated in a quiet street in Kerobokan, 5 km from the heart of Seminyak, and 6 km from the heart of Canggu.
The villa is two stories with one bedroom and ensuite upstairs including a free-standing bath, and two bedrooms with garden bathrooms on the ground floor. All beds are extra-large king beds with built-in robes and TVs in each bedroom. The downstairs has a fully equipped Western kitchen, dining and family room with a TV and comfortable lounge.
All bedrooms and main living are air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout, including in all the bathrooms.
The villa has its own pool, garden, garage, laundry, and sundeck with pool lounges and outdoor tables and chairs. Wi-Fi is also included in your stay.
The villa comes with four staff, the housekeeper Wayan, the pool man and gardener Kadek, night-time security Nengah, and driver Made. The housekeeper Wayan works six days per week from 9 am till 5 pm and takes care of the general cleaning, making beds, washing and for a small fee can cook breakfast. Kadek works six days a week and comes in early each morning to clean the pool and tend to the garden. The driver Made can organize tours for you and you just book directly with him and pay him depending on the length of time you have him. Both Wayan and Made can speak English and are vaccinated against Covid-19.

The service was fantastic. Own cleaner every day except Sunday. 15 minutes on bike to other destinations around Bali. Had a beatiful time at the villa. all the comforts of home.

Villa was nice but unfortunately in the middle of nowhere and with the traffic it’s 30 mins min by taxi u need a motorbike the neighbors are Indonesian and they have dogs that bark all night and I mean all night outside the window the only thi g that stops them is there rooster that starts at 5am until 6 so it’s not peaceful as we did not sleep very well for 10 days straight Han the motorbikes start but if that’s what your into go for it it’s 15 mins to Seminyak and nothing else around to eat a few dirty warangs which we ate at and was not good there is a pizza shop right across the road and some coffee places within 700m if u want to walk it’s quicker like I said villa nice but noisy
