Villa Eden - Seminyak

The layout, very spacious family and friends. Lovely open plan living area with pool visual. Drinking water supplied and kitchen utensils. Close to all amenities but still quiet and off the main road. Had a Pepito market at your door step…very convenient. Walking distance to restaurants, beauty therapy, shops

We had a really lovely stay at this villa in Bali and overall it was a positive experience. The villa itself is beautiful — surprisingly quiet and peaceful — and it feels like a little sanctuary once you’re inside. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and a real highlight of our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for very restful nights, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The facilities overall were very good, and the staff were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay.

There were a few issues during our visit that are worth noting. On one day, the electricity went off mid-morning and wasn’t restored until late afternoon, which we were later told was due to the meter not having been paid. This was understandably disruptive. We also experienced some maintenance concerns — during heavy rain, there was water ingress in both the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, and the downstairs bedroom felt quite damp and musty. In addition, some of the decking around the pool area had loose boards and exposed nails that could present a trip hazard. Importantly, when I raised these matters privately, the agent responded promptly, appreciated the feedback and advised that maintenance would be arranged straight away. That was reassuring and very professionally handled.

The villa was beautifully appointed and in a perfect location just off the main street - quiet and private but close to everything. The staff were super helpful and kept the villa immaculate. Plenty of towels and an ensuite for every room.

There was no washing machine to wash clothes

Location good, rooms were spacious and tidy. Pool is a good size for a group of friends. Beds comfortable.

The wooden planks at the pool area were loose and some nails were jutting out, can be a hazard. can't walk barefoot around. some lights in the toilets were blinking.
