Vrbo emails made it easy to prepare for our trip. We connected with the local in charge of our listing and Ary assisted us with check in and questions I had regarding restuarant and beach recommendations. The room is perfect, clean and well organized. Everything you need for a stay near the beach! Be aware we had cooking pans but no cutlery so we had to buy cutlery. There are also only 2 pillows which did not bother us but is something to note. Overall I would stay here again and reccomend it! The rooftop garden is also incredible!

Overall, it is a nice clean unit in an OK location. The view from th balcony is into a parking lot and the construction of a new condo buildin starts at add 9:00 AM. The studio is nicely furnished with a comfortable bed but it has only one thin blanket for cover. The kitchen area has only the very basics and there are zero of any kind cooking pots only frying pan. I ended up buying one small cooking pot and left it in the unit, so I gues there is one cooking pot now. The buildin is new with a beautiful roof deck and pool area. Short walk to grocery store and the famous 5th Ave. The building staff is nice and friendly but ther was a problem one evening, I believe it was Saturday around 8:00 PM when ther was nobody at the front desk and the entrance door to the building was close as it should be. I and another tenant were standing at the front door for 20 minutes before somebody was walking out of the building we were able to get in, and it was another tenant not any member of the front desk staff. Be awar that the management of the unit. It is run by Vacasa company. They are located in the United States and claim to have local staff in place. Unfortunately, I can't attest to that. The safe in my unit was left closed and I was not able to open and use it. Since I have important documents and variables, I reall needed that safe. The management company was made aware of the issue immediatel. Despite my asking for help I never, throughout the whole week, had th issue resolved.
