NOTE: Our event space has a 5-hour minimum booking. This includes 30 minutes before your event for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup.

- morning event until 4pm

- up to 39 guests

- WiFi speakers



After you confirm, you will receive a link via email with all resort rules and you will be required to upload your Identification.

We charge a mandatory $40 cleaning fee at the time of booking. Staff $35/hour



If you plan on hosting a ticketed event, we increase deposit from $250 to a $500 refundable fee.

Guest Access:

Arrival Instructions & Rental Access Codes will be sent on the day of arrival via Email. Additionally, you may find information regarding access codes, check-in, room upgrades and more via your 'Guest App'. Our team will send out instructions on how to view your 'Guest App' prior to arrival.

- Event Space: Minimum 5-hour booking, including 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup. If you’d like to extend your booking beyond the minimum 5 hours, there will be an additional cost of $95 for each extra hour.



- EVENT SPACE ONLY for 5 hours or time period agreed upon. Does not include overnight or indoor space (inquire and let us know how many beds needed and people overnight; additional fee



- ID Verification: Upload your ID to our welcome software to unlock WiFi, entry code, and parking details.



Guest total calculation: please include adults, kids ages 2+, and vendors & staff. We need to account for space and bathrooms for everyone who’s mobile to stay within occupancy limits.



- Insurance: Provide proof of insurance ($120) and a signed waiver before arrival for a smooth experience.

At Good Life Resorts, our site manager will personally welcome you, and our team is available 24/7 via text and phone for any questions.
