About this house rental
The Dabbling Duck is a multi-level 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a large, open floor plan, and a fresh clean look. Great ocean, golf course views, and views of Bodega Head, and the Pacific beyond. Large fully equipped kitchen, plenty of counter and cupboard space, bar with stools.The main level is a great room, with the livingroom, dining room and the kitchen, nice ocean and golf course views throught this level. The living room has a gas fireplace, TV with cable, DVD player, and wireless high speed internet. From the living room you go up a short flight of stairs to the master suite with a king bed, TV with cable, and a gas fireplace, a private bathroom with a large shower, a spa tub, nice views, and a slider leading out to the back deck. To reach the other two bedrooms you go up another few stairs, there is a full bath, two bedrooms, and laundry room on this top level. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and views of the coastal hills, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and views of the coastal hills. These two private bedrooms are adjoined by a small solarium with nice coastal hills views. Off the main level is a large deck with hot tub, BBQ, and outdoor furniture, also a cupboard of games and puzzles, and beach chairs, towels and toys. Great for families: includes Pack n Play, Stroller and High chair. Ping Pong table in the garage and a bike.
Beach Access: To walk to the beach from the The Dabbling Duck will take about 15 minutes. You walk around Heron Drive the the Clubhouse, and use the beach access there, you can also walk, or drive to Pinnacle Gulch, or ShortTail Gulch trailheads. Come enjoy the view!

The house was great. Perfect for our group of 6 to get away for a weekend to play a lot of golf! House was in great shape and the property management was easy to communicate with.
