Situated right on the water at the inner harbour in the heart of Victoria's historic downtown core, walking distance to the vibrant public markets and Canada's oldest Chinatown. The best that Victoria offers for restaurants and entertainment are in this neighborhood. This micro studio is ingeniously designed to take full advantage of its 295 square ft (27 sq m) space. You will have access to a common areas including a gym, meeting room, hang out space and a rooftop deck with a barbecue area. Table is a pull down murphy bed. Please read picture descriptions. All areas that are not part of the suite are noted as 'common'.

Excellent venue to host a BBQ on the roof. What a stunning view or thw Harbour. Walkable and so many dining options. We hosted four of our kids with thier significant others easily on the provided bbq area.

Knew the unit would be small but rented it because of all the photos of the deck. Well those photos are not the deck for the unit. The actual unit “deck” is a triangle measuring about 9 sq feet! The photos are of common area deck down a long hall and a staircase. Inconvenient to haul luggage in as No parking or drop off area. Have to carry at least 100 yards if you get street parking nearby. Unit is tiny but comfortable bed. No space at all when bed is open and your suitcases are open. Towels are microfibre and very thin. Elevator worked sporadically so got our exercise walking up 5 stories a few times. Building apparently has sustained big water damage from a leak which seems to be the reason for elevator issues. No water damage though in this unit.
