Welcome to Astoria Cozy!
Please note that this accommodation requires a minimum 90-night stay as per the new provincial short-term rental legislation.
This cozy space is decorated and furnished like a well-appointed hotel room, but comes with all the comforts and provisions of home. The sleeping area is separate from the living area in an alcove like bedroom. Walk to award-winning restaurants, or stay in and make your dinner using fresh local produce and the in suite appliances; stroll to the IMAX or McPherson Playhouse for a date night, or stay in and enjoy popcorn and a movie on the hi-def TV - there is no end to the ways to make the most of your stay in Victoria.

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
Each Astoria unit has a bike rack at the back of it's parking spot, with room for two or three bikes. Your own cable and lock are required. Please advise our Representative if you are bringing bikes. You may also rent bikes while you are here. Many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored on their premises at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.
Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.

The suite was quite good and we enjoyed the building. The parking was convenient and secure and we were able to lock our bikes within the slot allotted for parking.
Their was a good exercise room and billiards common area that was also nice.
Overall, it was a good stay in the heart of downtown Victoria.

Great little efficiency to use as home base while exploring Victoria. Hotter inside than outside so opening windows results in a lot of road noise (buses and motorcycles)

No coffee table as shown in picture..very cold -needed an extra heater which was supplied..lock had to be fixed as deadbolt not engaging. Victoria Pride very accommodating.
