About this apartment rental
Accommodation of 55m2 capacity 5 people (babies included) at the foot of the Cambre d'Aze ski resort (200 meters walk) in a quiet area.
Ideal stay for couples or families.
Whirlpool bath for 2 people, equipped kitchen, terrace with barbecue.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Chairlift, toboggan run and long-distance hiking trail can be reached on foot from the accommodation (200 m).
Calm, rest, comfort and nature will be the themes of your stay.
Fully equipped new accommodation of 55 m2 located in the heart of a magnificent glacial cirque in the Regional Natural Park of the Catalan Pyrenees:
- Private terrace with nature view, barbecue, table and outdoor lounge.
- Entrance airlock for skis, bikes, mountain bikes and boots,
- Bathroom with 2-seater whirlpool bath (jets, bubbles, music and lights, disinfected between each rental), shower, washing machine, dryer and toilet,
- A master bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm beds) and a large screen connected TV (75 inches),
- A small bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm): 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed,
- A living room with sofa bed and a 65-inch television,
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, American fridge/freezer (with ice cube dispenser), dishwasher
(+raclette kit, fondue, toaster, mixer, hand blender, cake molds, kettle, convertible pod coffee machine (senseo) filter coffee, Rowenta broom vacuum cleaner, wine glasses, champagne glasses, dishes...)
- Swing and trampoline
The accommodations are equipped with quality connected heaters, it will be heated to 21 degrees (in winter) when you arrive.

Sheets, towels and dish towels are included. Beds will be made on arrival.

ATTENTION:
- The accommodations are difficult to access for people with mobility, access requires walking on a 20-metre path on a slight slope before accessing the entrance.
- This accommodations are an apartment that is located below another accommodation that we also rent, despite all the care we have taken with the insulation (new floor and ceiling) it is still possible to hear noises when the top is occupied.
- A deposit of €800 by credit card via Swikly is required before your stay.
- Cleaning must be done on your departure, it is possible to book us the cleaning fee at 60€ as an option if you wish.
- The installation of the dwelling does not allow the charging of electric vehicles.
On site, accessible on foot from the accommodation: ski slopes with chairlift, toboggan run, snowshoe hiking trails, hiking trails (GR trails and hike in Cambre d'Aze), climbing rock, mountain bike trails, craft brewery "brasserie du Mouli" and restaurant "La Cabane du Cambre".
Mini-market 2km from the accommodation, in the village of Saint Pierre Dels Forçats.
In the surrounding area (15 minutes drive): walks, hot springs (Saint Thomas, Llo), cycle paths, tree climbing, mountain lakes, gondola (winter and July, August), swimming pools, bowling, ski resorts, Spain, cultural visits...
