Renovated in 2016, this village house benefits from all modern comforts:
equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer), washing machine, dryer, central heating and stove, TV, wifi.
Although located in the heart of a typical Catalan Pyrenees village (less than 50 m from the 12th century church and the village grocery store), this house has a garage and a pretty little garden.
The village of La Llagonne is located 5 minutes from the citadel of Mont-Louis, 15 minutes from many ski resorts (Font-Romeu, Les Angles, Saint-Pierre del Forcats ....) and hiking sites such than Bouillouses or Camporells. Spain is only 20 minutes away.
Winter and summer, many activities are available nearby: downhill skiing (the Quillane family resort is 2 minutes by car), cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, gliding (La Llagonne has its own airfield) , horse, golf, climbing ......

Maison charmante et bien placée pour un séjour agréable en montagne. Accueil chaleureux.

Propriété conforme à la description. Très bon emplacement. Accueil au top. Départs de randonnées sur place. Nous y retournerons. Il faut manœuvrer un peu pour rentrer la voiture mais rien de dramatique.
