About this house rental
This spectacular 5 bedroom house was partially remodeled in 2016 (new floors, all new paint, removed some walls to increase light and views). It's perfect for group family outing or a group of couple looking to get away. We have 135 foot of ocean frontage for fires on the beach. This was purchased for my family, friends and relatives. It's a beautiful space for entertaining or getting away.
Enjoy the master bedroom with balcony and listen to the ocean while you work (as I'm doing while typing this listing). It's a gem. The main level includes an open floor plan with updated kitchen that opens to living room with sweeping ocean views. There's also laundry, a half baths and closets on this floor. There are 2 doors that access the deck and back yard.
The upstairs includes a remodeled master with balcony and 4 additional bedrooms. There's also a full bath upstairs, in addition to the master bath.
There's an outdoor shower off the patio in the side yard. There's a basketball hoop outside. Enjoy it as if it's your own, and please treat it the same. We have a paddle board and a bunch of beach games for you to enjoy. Please treat this property as if it's your own. We're on septic so want to be gentle with sand in the house (and in the sink, etc) and toilet paper only in the toilet. We encourage outdoor showers because they're really nice, but it's also easier on the septic system. We don't want the system to overload and ruin your vacation.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Priscilla Beach house. The location right on the beach was perfect. We knew the beach front location would be a treat, what exceeded expectations was the impressive first level kitchen, living room space. Whether sitting around the kitchen island iron one of the multiple couches, this space really made a difference when one of our vacation days was a compete rain out. The ample windows still allowed you admire the ocean even if not a beach day.

The house was absolutely stunning. All of the rooms, especially the master bedroom, were perfect for our wedding weekend! The kitchen and all shared spaces were beautiful and clean. The backyard/deck had a great grill, beach/lawn chairs, a fire-pit and more! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property was beautifully situated directly on a semi private beach in a tranquil bay. The house is spacious and well appointed. We had six adults in four children and had plenty of space. The communication was excellent. The kitchen is wonderful in terms of space and everything you need. We would return to this property in a heartbeat and recommend it to anybody.
