About this house rental

Adorable, nicely furnished 4 bed 2 bath house near the beach. Neighborhood has 2 restaurants, beach store, bar and convenience store. 10-minute drive from the shops and restaurants of Port St. Joe. This is a quiet beach town with a more laid-back style compared to busier Florida panhandle locations. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room. New 2024 golf cart provided, ideal for travel within the neighborhood and to the beach boardwalks. Also includes 2 adult-sized bikes.

Perfect home for a larger family to stay. Very easy to access the beach and Windmark pool. Golf cart was fantastic. Lots of beach, chairs, nets, beach toys for kids to play with.

We just returned today from our stay at Sandy Cheeks. This was our first trip to a Gulf beach and it did not disappoint. The beach access in the neighborhood is quiet and convenient. A quick drive to Cape San Blas offered beaches with clear blue water and waves (the kids loved the waves). Port Saint Joe has lots of cute boutique shops to browse in and Panama City Beach’s Pier Park is only about an hour and 15 mins away. The house was well stocked with everything we could need to be comfortable and more. I strongly suggest adding the golf cart to your accommodation, evening golf cart cruises are the best!

We had a great time! The house was beautiful with lots of room and it was so nice to be able to use the golf cart to get to the beach and around the neighborhood. We would definitely love to return to this home in the future.Thank you! Brenda H.
