Desert and Mountain Views from this large home set up to be your Moab home base

Property is great, well cared for and more spacious than even the pictures showed. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked with flatware, utensils, cups, etc and has a gas range which is unheard of for a rental and was appreciated. Gathering spaces are large and open, we never felt crowded in. Back yard has good shade from mature trees and there's a playset that our kids took full advantage of. Driveway and garage are large and well cared for which made fixing our offroaders easier and safer, and there was plenty of parking around without feeling like we were imposing on the neighbors.I only had 2 gripes with our stay. The outdoor grill needs cleaned badly, grease and other in the bottom as well as the grates themselves. On top of the normal requests such as dishwasher started, fridge emptied, furniture returned if moved, and lights off/doors locked, the checkout instructions asks for all bedding to be stripped and towels/bedding to be piled in the laundry room which would be a reasonable ask except there is also a 350 cleaning fee for the stay. None of us could make reason of why there's a higher fee when we did near half of the work for them. I can't say I've been asked to strip bedding by any property and it did leave a sour note at the end of an otherwise relaxing stay.

House was roomy for a big family group. Kitchen was well stocked. Backyard was great for the dogs and play set for the grandkids. Host was easy to communicate with and responded timely. Would definitely stay here again.

We met up in Moab with family from another part of the country who had never been there before. This property was the perfect meeting place for our two families. We had ages 8 and up in our group. There were plenty of activities to keep the children and teens happy. They played games and loved the ping pong table and the basketball hoops game. The play structure in the backyard (which is very large) was also a big hit. The home is exactly as pictured. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and has a very large pantry. My wife broke her foot the night before we arrived and she was able to easily get around and enjoyed being there. The hosts were great. The communication was excellent. There was a flash flood the day we were in Arches and the hosts reached out immediately to make sure we were alright and to see if there was anything we needed. We wish we would have had more time in Moab. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.
