We met up in Moab with family from another part of the country who had never been there before. This property was the perfect meeting place for our two families. We had ages 8 and up in our group. There were plenty of activities to keep the children and teens happy. They played games and loved the ping pong table and the basketball hoops game. The play structure in the backyard (which is very large) was also a big hit.
The home is exactly as pictured. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and has a very large pantry. My wife broke her foot the night before we arrived and she was able to easily get around and enjoyed being there.
The hosts were great. The communication was excellent. There was a flash flood the day we were in Arches and the hosts reached out immediately to make sure we were alright and to see if there was anything we needed.
We wish we would have had more time in Moab. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

This place was perfect for our family stay! Lots of space and very comfortable! We were surprised by the cool, wet weather but it didn't feel crowded at all to stay inside at this house.
