Welcome to Desert Paradise, our 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom luxury villa designed to host up to 18 guests in total comfort. With over 5,000 sq. ft. of living space and 2,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living space, this retreat blends spacious design with high-end amenities. Featuring a private heated pool, hot tub, home theater, and game room, this home ensures every guest enjoys equal luxury—no one gets the “short end of the stick.”
Perfectly located just 15 minutes from downtown Moab, 20 minutes to Arches National Park, and 20 minutes to Canyonlands National Park, Desert Paradise offers the ultimate base for your red rock adventure. Multiple patios, a fire pit, and a large yard for games or events make outdoor living as memorable as the desert views.
For even larger gatherings, Exclusive Retreats offers 6 additional luxury homes within the same neighborhood, built to the same high standards.
BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Suite 1 – King bed with en-suite spa bath, large closet, and 43" Smart TV. Includes an attached room with a twin-over-full bunk bed—ideal for families.
Suite 2 – King bed with en-suite spa bath, large closet, and 43" Smart TV.
Suite 3 – Queen bed with en-suite bath, fireplace, private outdoor patio, and 43" Smart TV.
Suite 4 – King bed with en-suite bath, large closet, and 43" Smart TV.
Suite 5 – King bed + queen bed with 43" Smart TV. A full bathroom is located directly next to the bedroom.
Guest Room 6 – Queen bed with 43" Smart TV. A full bathroom is located nearby (not en-suite).
Additional Bedding – Four memory foam guest beds available upon request, complete with linens.

Great house with wonderful amenities. Beautifully appointed in all respects. The only drawback would be the location. Not the prettiest neighborhood.

We had great fun here. The kids swam all day and at night we sat in the hot tub. The bbq was large and perfect for a lot of people. And the movie theatre downstairs was perfect. When the kids weren't in the pool they were watching movies and eating popcorn. We would definitely stay here again.

The house had so many amenities and separate areas! Very comfortable house for our group. Everyone had a fantastic time!

The property was as advertised. The beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and very clean. Only wish the dining seating areas (inside and out) were bigger to accommodate larger groups. The pool, hot tub, and pool table were great. Inside does get a little warm due to afternoon sun. But we would definitely stay here again.
