Quiet, spacious holiday home area, spacious on sunny southern and western slopes in the middle of the Chiemgau, near Chiemsee, Reit im Winkl and Inzell (708 m above sea level). The right environment for relaxing walks directly from the holiday park. Within a few minutes by car you can also reach numerous bathing lakes, the Chiemsee and the high Alps. Activities nearby: Chiemsee and Waginger See 20 km. Guided bike tours, e.g. in the nature reserves along the Traun. Guest and entertainment program in Siegsdorf, easy to reach on foot. In winter there is a toboggan slope and several cross-country ski runs right next to the facility, as well as a small ski lift 3 km away. Ice skating rinks in Inzell and Ruhpolding, ski lift, ski slope, ski rental and ski school for alpine and cross-country skiing at Hochfelln 14 km. For younger guests, the Ruhpolding ski school offers children's ski courses with all-day care Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility. WiFi is only available in the reception area!
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house WiFi only in the entrance area. (Youth) groups not allowed. Car parking spaces 20-150 m away, depending on the location of the accommodation. 2 bedrooms on the first floor have a slight sloping ceiling and are accessible via a wooden staircase from the living room. One of the bedrooms facing the living room / stairs is open and cannot be locked. No through room. The deposit must be paid in cash.
