Mountain railway 27 km, ski lift 2.5 km, slopes 2.5 km, ski rental 5 km. Nearby attractions: Märchenpark Ruhpolding 8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochfelln 14 km, Winkelmoosalm 27 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The extensive holiday park consists of 300 wooden houses (partly A-frame houses and on a hillside).

Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Heating. 2 balconies, lawn 100 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the garden. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Detached house. Access to upstairs is via a narrow staircase. Entrance with locker for skis and other equipment.

This was a relaxing environment for our stay in Germany. The host was very responsive to our needs when we had questions. The staircase to the loft area was a little challenging when getting our heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The bathtub/shower was a bit high for anyone with physical limitation. We truly enjoyed eating on the deck and relaxing as the sun set. Overall good property.

Das Haus war sehr schön. Negativ war lediglich, daß es keinerlei Möglichkeit gab, wenigstens notwendige Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen.

Ein schönes ruhiges Domizil mit sehr guter Ausstattung (WLan, Spülmaschine, Grill, Wok, etc.. Bis 4 Personen absolut Top, ansonsten wird es mit einem Bad ohne weiteres Gäste- WC doch etwas eng.
