About this apartment rental
Located in Santa Paula, one of the best areas in North Bogotá (Usaquén), this two-bedroom, three-bathroom PH Loft for four people is perfect for business trips, families, or friends who want to experience this magnificent city or simply stay temporarily.
The Space:
On the first floor, we have a kitchen with an island and living rooms, equipped with everything you need to focus solely on buying ingredients and creating magical recipes. We even have a complete Nespresso machine with 4 complimentary cartridges to taste the best Colombian coffee.
On the second floor, we have the main bedroom with a King-sized bed, featuring its own sitting area and a covered terrace to enjoy the Bogotá sun in a hammock, do some spinning, or yoga. At the back, you will find the second bedroom with a single bed and an additional bed underneath it, each room has its own private bathroom.
The apartment features skylights on the second floor to allow for natural light to enter.
For entrepreneurs seeking a place to relax and do some business tasks, the loft features its own workspace.
Guest Access:
You can reach the renowned bars, restaurants, and shopping centers of Usaquén in just a few minutes on foot, including Hacienda Santa Bárbara and Santa Ana. The building has 24/7 doorman service and the apartment comes with 2 parking spots included in the rental.

Enjoy a kitchen island for cooking with family or friends around two living rooms, one for socializing and the other for reading or watching a giant LED television. The wooden floors give the stay a life you will always remember.
We are very strict about the NO EVENTS, NO BACHELOR PARTIES, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING INSIDE, INVITING OUTSIDERS, PLAYING LOUD MUSIC, OR USING THE PROPERTY FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN LODGING rule.
For an additional fee, you can count on Anita, our cleaning lady, who will cook and assist you with daily chores during your stay. This must be coordinated 20 days before the start of the reservation.
The Loft has cable service, Netflix, and 100 MB internet.
Although the apartment has a fireplace that runs on Bioethanol, we do not provide the Bioethanol due to the fact that it is not natural gas, and improper handling could cause an accident. Similarly, there are no photos of the lit fireplace on AirBnB to avoid generating expectations.
To keep our loft in the best condition for you, stays longer than 4 nights require our cleaning lady once every 4 nights. She will do a complete cleaning of the loft and check the conditions or supplements and even wash the tenant's clothes if necessary. If she is not allowed to enter, we could not provide the necessary supplements. The cost is 25 USD and is paid directly to her.
