By government regulation, all guests must register online before arrival and show an ID at the building's front desk. Only family visits are allowed, leaving by 10:00 p.m.; medical visits are also allowed. Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m.

The apartment faces outward and has a balcony with views. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom a double bed; there is a sofa bed in the living room. Both bathrooms have showers.
