The amenities in the room was so thought out. Everything required for a comfy stay.

Nothing really, takes a while for the air con to cool the room down, but we turned up when they had a heatwave so to be expected. But still cool enough to chill and sleep.

Superb host, spacious apartment on a top location, very clean

Very close to Vatican City, good transport links and close to shops and restaurants

The hanging space attached to the wall was hanging off the wall, it was only held on with 2 screws and the other side was hanging. The bathroom could have been cleaner, the shower had the previous guests body wash still on the shower door, it was scummy inside the shower and the shower head leaked. Air conditioning unit did not cool the room effectively and was so noisy. When you turned it on after being out all day it smelt musty. Bedding was ripped and the pillows and duvet were old and need replacing. Rome in June was very hot weather, it would have been better with sheets rather than a duvet. The kettle did not work effectively and would trip each time it was plugged into a particular socket

Все было нормально, но не работал кондиционер, а при жаре 30+ градусов это очень важно!

Не работал кондиционер и слив душа (исправили на второй день). Кондиционер так и не работал
