Access was very easy, communication was all via text.

On gaining access to the house we soon found out that one of the beds in the upstairs bedroom was covered in urine. The bedding had been changed and but onto a mattress soaked in urine, the quilt and cover and mattress protector was all covered in urine. No one was able to use this bed that night. We booked this house as 4 single men we all needed a bed each and two of the men had to share. Also one of the other bedrooms had dirty sheets on the bed all stained. This was booked as a business trip and us as a professional company were very disappointed with their property. I will say that we were there for a two night stay and the second day they did replace the mattress and bedding but did not issue a new quilt only a quilt cover so we could still smell urine on that bed we were still unable to use that bed the second night. The lad also reported bites on their legs from the accommodation. All this was reported to the company and also booking.com and the customer service was terrible. They offered us a refund of £46. This is a shame because if this property was looked after properly it could make a good rental that we would return to.

Disappointing

During our stay the fridge was making such a dreadful noise that it disturbed our sleep. The management co was responsive and dealt with the issue, which we appreciated.

Sadly, this place is in need of serious maintenance and proper cleaning: very grubby and cluttered with tons of broken stuff & junk. As a result, I requested a refund of the £135 cleaning fee. Seems like an excessive charge for a place where the floors are so dirty and sticky you have to keep your shoes on lest your socks become black in minutes; there are multiple cobwebs and dust on lamps and in corners; the fancy kitchen cabinets are smeared and finger-marked; the walls are marked up; a number of blinds are broken and the windows are absolutely filthy. Not to mention the back garden with grass that had clearly not been mowed this season. Interestingly, the management co told me to go take a running jump. They said I should have contacted them to come and clean the place while I was staying there. Hmmm, that would mean that not only would we have had to work around the fridge repair guy but also the cleaning staff during our stay. That’s not the way it is supposed to work: our expectation is that the £135 the last people paid means it's clean for us when we arrive and our £135 means it's clean for the next people...

Spacious and luxurious

Loved the open kitchen and sunken living room - bedrooms were big and comfortable

The main shower was too hot and couldn’t control temperature, coffee machine didn’t work and grass in garden was a bit long. It was still a ten out of ten tho and a great house and good value for us. We had a lovely time.

The stay at this place was nice and the house was spacious and clean but the area not great my car was broken into which

The properly was really spacious and nice and clean it didn’t have a cigarette smell on arrival but that could of easily been fixed. Exactly what the pictures showed.

The property is is an area where there are luxury cars but bad people my car was broken into and it felt targeted as there was other luxury cars there and only mine was broken into futhermore the owner didn’t address the situation accordingly or try to be apologetic.
