Comoda perché vicina ad un ingresso della tangenziale. Così in 10 Min sei sul lungomare vicino al porto. Bene isolata acusticamente (a finestre chiuse) dal rumore delle auto. Parcheggio privato ed accessibile solo con telecomando in dotazione agli utenti.
La doccia necessita di un tappetino in gomma per evitare di scivolare. Magari un distributore di caffè e bevande a gettoni nella reception potrebbe essere utile per chi salta la colazione o non l'ha prenotata

Die Lage der Anlage.
Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war leider mit der Sauberkeit meines Zimmers nicht zufrieden. Beim Betreten des Badezimmers fielen mir direkt mehrere Mängel auf. Die Duschkabine war nicht gründlich gereinigt und wies noch deutliche Wasserstreifen auf. Zudem waren sowohl der Handtuchhalter als auch der Seifenspender in der Dusche schief montiert, was den optischen Eindruck zusätzlich gemindert hat. Ausserdem sind die Handtücher nicht täglich gewechselt worden.
