The location of the building was perfect for our family to walk to most activities and the beach access was very easy to get in and out of. The room also had plenty of space for our large family to have room to spread out. We requested an early check in and actually arrived an hour earlier than originally planned but we were able to contact the rental company and our room was ready within 30-45 minutes of that phone call which was nice. All of the beds were very comfortable and all the linens were clean.

The room could have been better taken care of, the shower curtain in the master was broken, there was peeling wallpaper in one of the bathrooms, and the dryer worked but took forever to dry because the knob just started the dryer without knowing what setting you were actually on. The pool rules were odd especially for an establishment that you know children are going to be at (no jumping in the pool walking in only, and no throwing balls of any sort around the pool). The parking was frustrating because it states on car per unit on the main parking lot but we had to park in overflow several times(we only had one vehicle).

Location was great. Contacts were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Some confusion on the check in. I got mixed messages via texts/emails. All straightened out in the end. The unit could use a deep cleaning I noticed dust on lamp shades. Floor was not as clean as I would expect. The beach area could have been cleaned up better no reflection on the unit. Still waiting to hear if you found an item we may have left in the unit.
