Perfect choice in Cologne when you want a nice and relaxing place, especially for business trips.

I was here for the second time, and it was perfect as before. I enjoyed a calm place with a pleasant bar and restaurant. Breakfasts are delicious, including a large selection of meals. Check-in and check-out were without any problems.

I missed some of the cosmetics in the bathroom. The gym is quite small, only for basic workouts.

Disappointing stay

The hotel itself is beautiful, nice spacious room and the staff were nice

We booked this hotel over new years eve in hopes of a quiet time for us and our dogs. Unfortunately it was horrible. Fireworks were everywhere, even outside of the hotel, were our car was parked. And even though I have two dogs my apartment doesn't smell as bad as the room they gave us did. We had to leave the hotel a day early because our dog refused to go out potty for almost 24h. This stay was disappointing.

Very nice and cozy hotel!

The facilities are very nice and cozy. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of different options. Highly recommend the hotel.

Because we travelled with friends and booked more than 1 room in the same reservation, we got communication/connected rooms without being asked if we wanted so. There was no option to close/lock the access between rooms, which brought a bit less privacy. Still, we had a lovely experience.

At first, the hotel’s remote location made us a little worried about safety when we arrived by taxi. But just around the corner, we were delighted to find a beautifully built property standing right in front of us. The facilities are modern and complete, the environment is pleasant, and the price is very reasonable. What’s more, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service the next day, which makes it an excellent choice if you need to catch a flight.

The airport shuttle service is very convenient and efficient. The room is very modern and comfortable. There was a wireless charger integrated on the bed side table and the room had a big window. The bathroom is also very modern and was equipped with a hairdryer, dressing gown and slippers.

Location, cost, free shuttle for the airport included, new building, polite receptionist

The only restaurant of the hotel was closed for an event during the evening of our staying. Only a few choices at the bar... A lady at the bar was rude when we asked about the reason that the restaurant was closed for the rest of the guests. We were not notified from before.. However, the other bartender was very polite. Also the room heating was not satisfactory. Programmed for a maximum temperature , it seemed that the system was not working...

Excellent experience at this new Leonardo Hotel

The hotel has lots of space and breakout areas to relax, work, enjoy a drink at the bar or dine. There are communal workspaces with powered desks and fast internet, necessary for us to enable work. The rooms are spacious and superbly furnished. Best of all for us, was the professional and super friendly staff. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and also a light supper. Food choices are wide ranging and quality excellent. W highly recommend this hotel and will return.

An unexpectedly luxurious experience for the price, great value but in an awkward location.

The property feels very luxurious with its very pleasant lobby with a bar, large tv screen and pool table. The room was similarly nice with a large tv, great bathroom, electric shutters, hotel iPad etc.

The property is in quite an awkward position, a shuttle from the airport must be requested by calling the hotel to reach the property and if you wanted to reach the city centre without planning a shuttle to the airport and travelling by train from there, it would involve a short walk, bus and train. There was also some trouble initially with our shuttle as there is another hotel with the exact same name except for the word royal, so we were initially taken to the wrong hotel.

During the 2nd day of stay …. we arrived around 8:30 am where some of the breakfast was not available…. which means they arranged for replacement food… but we missed the other food ….which is not a big issue… it is a pity issue which we feel like we missed…..

Not so bad, not so good. Average.

The room was quiet and clean, and the staffs were decent, friendly, and helpful. They all speak English. I didn't wait too much at the reception for check-in and check-out. The elevator was quick. Free coffee and bottle of water in the room were a plus.

I didn't like the location. there were no free parking spaces. the parking next to the hotel was so expensive (15 Euro per day). Breakfast wasn't included in my room rate, which was also high compared to other hotels. If I want to get breakfast, I should pay extra, I was told.

Nice new hotel with fantastic breakfast close to the airport

Hotel is brand new with large spaces. Good gym and amazing breakfast

Cleaning service is not sufficient. Rooms look nice since they are still very new (hotel opened in July 2023) but there was dust everywhere, dirty mock-up with some food left by the previous guests. A bit of attention to details of cleaning personnel will be helpful
