It was small! The fact that towels and shower gel not provided daily was not good ! Put small Tupperware with lids in the unit

Excellent everything, clean, comfortable, super host who communicates at all times and offers help with anything. Housekeeping was tops, Great place overall. Has everything you need for a great stay.
The check in process was a bit confusing but the concierge was very helpful and friendly.

The property is clean.
They take a security deposit or “damages” deposit of R1000 from you immediately before check in, it’s been nearly two weeks and I still haven’t received it back. When I asked the host about it, they told me it was because their accountant was on leave (which is not your client’s problem but anyway) and I would receive it two days later. It’s now day three and guess what? Lol, people like this have no business running businesses that require a high level of customer service
