Everything needed and clean

A little dated and old but clean and all facilities needed for comfortable stay.

Clean property and good location. Worked well that we could book a single night as we were just wanting a couple of days at the beach, so no minimum stay worked well.

Nothing. It’s a caravan, so you get what you’d expect.

Location on the site is great. Caravan had everything we needed, was lovely size, comfortable and clean. Loved the decking area outside

The location was great – the children had plenty of space to play, with easy access to the beach and fantastic views

On the second morning, the gas ran out. Since the heating, hot water, and cooker all rely on gas, this was a major inconvenience. After contacting the owner, a new gas bottle was delivered a few hours later. While the cooker worked fine, there was still no hot water, which meant we couldn’t take a shower. I sent a follow-up message about the issue but never received a response. In summer this might not be a big problem, but during autumn or winter it can really affect the comfort of the stay. A small suggestion: it would be helpful if the property listing included a map of the Haven site, as the resort is very large. You can get one at the office, of course, but having it provided upfront would be a nice touch.
