The apt is big and comfortable, it's my second time there, the owner even improved it with new shower box and a renovation in the kitchen. Matrass is confortable, sheets and towel are clean.

Strategische locatie, hele vriendelijke medewerker, compleet qua inrichting, ik heb er 10 dagen tevreden gezeten.
De ingang lijkt wat grimmig maar het valt mee Toch zou ik het niet aanraden voor een vrouwelijke reiziger alleen. Wel één punt van aandacht. Vervang de badkuip! Hij ziet eruit alsof er een moord in is gepleegd. Verder is alles in orde.

L’appartement est très propre, spacieux et lumineux, avec une belle vue sur le jardin. L’emplacement est stratégique, à deux pas de tout, juste à côté de l’hôtel Excel. Le prix est très intéressant et l’ambiance agréable.
L’immeuble est un peu ancien, sombre et pas très bien entretenu, mais cela n’a pas posé de problème car l’appartement lui-même est superbe.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, vicino a tutti i servizi: ristoranti, bar, negozi… All’interno è spazioso, composto da due camere da letto, un soggiorno, una cucina ben attrezzata e un bagno. C’è un ottimo condizionatore, una connessione Wi-Fi stabile, una bella vista sul giardino e tutto il necessario per cucinare, oltre a lenzuola bianche e pulite. È stato davvero confortevole e piacevole, e il prezzo era molto conveniente.
L’ingresso dell’edificio è piuttosto datato e avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento, ma l’ambiente è risultato comunque sicuro.
