Spotless. Located in city centre close to my place of work. Street parking. All amenities. A working kitchen. Great set up in the living room.

The window in the bedroom did not close completely leaving a slight draft of air. But the heating was good and compensated.

La posizione é perfetta, comodissima per raggiungere il centro con una breve passeggiata ed a pochi passi da una zona molto viva ed accogliente. L’assistenza é stata molto gentile e precisa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Niente di particolare, unico punto il ritiro delle chiavi presso il distributore di benzina che non é in una bellissima zona e può risultare un po’ scomodo. Ma i ragazzi del negozio sono stati molto gentili ed il fatto che sia aperto 24h é molto comodo.

There is good kitchen supplies which is prob the best part of the apartment and the small aircon unit in the bedroom worked well and helped a lot with the heat.

Overall the rest of the apartment is ok for a short visit, cleanish but not very well looked after and was pretty grubby. The online pictures are not really representative of the condition. The walls and sofa were pretty stained so I wouldn't say it is a 4 star place but more like 2.5 standard in terms of short bookings/hotel. They asked me to pay a non-refundable deposit but I questioned this and they did say I didn't have to pay this as it wasn't on the listing. Host was responsive but be aware that the store they mention to pick up the keys from is not close. I expected a key store at the property but it is a 15 minute walk away (30 min round trip) and felt relatively unsafe for a lone female. I was 6 months pregnant so booked this place as was close to where I was visiting on purpose because I had luggage so this would make being far away difficult. A friend kindly helped me for the check-in but was an inconvenience and I didn't have this option of assistance for check out so had to ask for an alternative for check out and was allowed to leave the keys in the property. Something to be considered if you have lots of luggage or mobility issues.
