* The apartment was well maintained, felt new, and most things worked perfectly.. * The coffee machine was really appreciated.. * Reliable hot water and no issues with water supply during the stay ( 3rd floor). * The balcony/terrace doors closed properly, which was much appreciated, as not awlays a case in Gran Canaria. * Everything was clean, modern, and well equipped. * The Wi-Fi worked very well overall and was suitable for remote work. * After check-out, I forgot an item, and the staff contacted me immediately to ask if I wanted to have it returned, which was highly appreciated. * I could check in before the expected check-in hour. * Good location.

* Sound insulation could be improved, as neighbours can be heard through the walls.  * I noticed a bug in the bathroom ( a tiny cockroach) which I killed immediately. * Instructions for reaching the apartment were a little unclear/ not available on booking.com; the photos in booking.com did not fully correspond/ cover to the actual external entrance/ the external view of the building .Fortunately, I met someone from the building who helped me find it, after seeing I was lost and walking around in all directions. So a more detailed description in the webpage or via messages would be helpful. It is a 'Habitat' building.'  * The internet setup had to be changed during my stay, which caused a minor inconvenience. The staff communicated very well in that respect. The intenet worked totally fine afterwards and it is suitable for telework (mentained its quality). *  If someone is much taller than 6 feet, the bed might be a bit short and slightly uncomfortable. * Fridge works fine, but the freezer door inside does not close properly ( just in case you need to use it). * No cleaning nor replenishment of toilet paper / soap provided during your stay, so if you stay a bit loger you will have to buy it anyway. * If you stay longer, bring your towels, unless you want to wash them yourself ( a washing machine is actually available).

Apartment has a good kitchen, you can cook a meal but no oven. Washing machine was great. Close to Yumbo. Not much noise although thin walls. Instruction to check in were provided before checkin

No cleaning equipment or cleaning stuff. Had sand from the beach and no vacuum cleaner so apartment was dirty in my 15 days stay. No cleaning any time during the stay. I had to buy soap and toilet paper. Cockroaches in the kitchen under the sink. Balcony facing west so sun comes in the afternoon and last for 3-4 hours before being blocked by nearby building. Was hard to locate the apartment in the big complex at check in.

La struttura è ben organizzata, ha tutto ciò che serve ed è collegata bene con tutto. Posizione ottima
