Ski, Mtn Bike or Hike from the heart of Thredbo

Excellent location in the heart of Thredbo and not too far up the hill. Beds were comfortable and we loved the view to the mountains.

We were two couples in our early seventies and we unfortunately found the unit’s seating totally inadequate. The only place to sit in the whole unit for four guests was a 2.5 seater sofa in the lounge! No other chairs in the whole unit except for three beanbags, one of them needing a refill. There was no dining table or chairs of any kind. The long strip of wood with four bar stools on the balcony were only usable when it wasn’t too hot/sunny/windy or cold. Ie not that often unfortunately. We also missed having a microwave in the kitchen, which bizarrely was quite well stocked for cooking but there was nowhere to eat a meal!

We have stayed in Mowamba E3 a few times now. It is a very cosy and homely apartment, in a great location. It is very clean and the hosts are always extremely helpful and quick to respond. I love that it has a washing machine, Dryer, and a drying closet in the apartment. It also has nice views of the mountain.

As others have said you just need to work around no microwave or TV.
