Really like the location and view. Having the drying cupboard was awesome too.
The fire/smoke alarm was ridiculous. You actually couldn’t even make toast without putting the toaster on the stovetop directly under the exhaust fan on high. The building had 4 alarms go off in the time we were there. Each time we were required to go to the form up point. That’s not enjoyable. The firemen laughed saying Mowamba appartments is there cash cow because every time it goes off it cost the body corporate $1500.
