Probably better couches and definitely larger TV probably 70 inch and the place would be perfect.

The heaters were on as we arrived and settled in which just added to the warm cozy feel to the place.

The sofa bed was broken and could not be used Lounge very poor condition A light outside the 2nd bedroom was always on and the blinds do not keep the light out
