Modern air conditioned property with an amazing outlook on the vineyards . Large mondern kitchen and generours lounge and living areas. great outdoor deck and jacuzzi. Fantastic location to Aix En Provence town centre only 10 minutes drive. Supermarket only a 10 minutes drive as well.

We were required to pay a €1,500 security bond, which should have been made very clear at the time of booking. I found this amount excessive. While it was refunded upon checkout (as it was paid by credit card), the lack of upfront transparency was frustrating. Additionally, the property description is misleading. The pool is actually located 1 kilometer away from the property—not on-site as implied. This was a major disappointment, especially given the extremely hot weather during our stay. Upon arrival, we were also asked to sign a checklist detailing existing stains on sofas, marks, and other issues. We were told that if anything didn’t match the list at checkout, it could be deducted from our bond. I found this an unwelcoming and somewhat over-the-top approach. For example, I was specifically warned not to scratch the floor on the stairs, which made us feel quite uneasy and as if we were being scrutinized before we’d even settled in. The main bedroom was pleasant; however, the second bedroom (used by our adult children) was less satisfactory. It featured a double bed that was more like a sofa bed, accessed via steep stairs, and the single bed was quite small—not ideal for adults.
