Good location. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants are all nearby. Comfortable and safe apartment. Nice staff, quick response to my msg. Good to have washing machine and kitchen.

Piping in toilet may need some fixing.

closeness to Leichhardt where our family functions were.

Having to walk approx 400 mtrs to collect and return keys. With large suitcases this was inconvenient. We needed to rest in the evenings and the TV did not work as I think someone had taken a cable. This should have been remedied as soon as I reported the situation. It was unusable for the duration of the stay. Also the site says they will take a deposit and then charge the full amount of the accommodation later. We paid the full amount the moment I pressed book. This was ok but may not be okay for everyone. Also I have stayed in accommodation all over Australia and the world and find a $500 security deposit the most we have ever paid anywhere. It has also taken 10 days to return into my account. Also I have failed to find this information on the site and cannot remember seeing it when I booked.

I did not realize that there was breakfast!

The entire apartment needs complete painting. The furniture in the living room and dining table is very uncomfortable. The host did not let me in earlier in the day and would not communicate with me. The bedroom was adequate and the bed was comfortable. I also stayed in this apartment in 2024 and the conditions were the same. I stayed here because of the location. Also, it needs a new card to access the parking garage!
