L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est spacieux, bien éclairé très propre. Nous avions un garage. Ce qui est vraiment top car les parkings sont chers et éloignés de l'appartement

Dommage qu'on n'ait pas su faire fonctionner la télévision. Pour 4 jours s'est pas grave... Je conseillerais de mettre deux matelas séparés au lieu d'un . Mon mari est costaud ,du coup il m'éveillait quand il se tournait car le lit était secoué.

Location was fantastic. Rooms were spacious, clean, well maintained & comfortable . All appliances and fittings worked fine Thanks for the complimentary bottle of wine :-)

The check in process and keys collection is too cumbersome for someone travelling to Chamonix for the first time. Not what you expect after a long journey and with luggage. Please place a collection deposit box with codes at the apartment entrance, why is it required to go to the happy rentals office to pick up the keys and then find your way to the apartment. The elevator was not functional the last 2 days - Inconvenient for a 3rd floor apartment and with luggage . No wifi provided - today is a must

Location was fabulous.

To make this apartment truly exceptional, the mattresses need replacing, both the one in the main bedroom and the living room mattress that forms part of the bench, including the spare beneath it (the one beneath was dusty and dirty). They’re worn out and quite uncomfortable. We’ve stayed in several apartments in this building, and the mattress situation would make me hesitate to return. It can do with a little updating in general. That said, everything else was wonderful, and I’ll be back soon if the mattresses are updated. We truly loved our time there!

Location is great and balcony overlooking the church. Balcony chairs and table were great for waiting outside. Strongest front door i’ve ever seen on a property. We grew to like the property but it requires a few key improvements for us to rebook and i would be looking to book only at less that €900 for 7 nights

No WIFI and you wont be able to connect to anyone else’s Wifi nearby. We exhausted all of our roaming data easily. TV is redundant - completely useless, about 25yrs old. Few rubbish channels. Sofa bed mattress are firm enough to start laying brickwork on. Kitchen bench seating only suitable for children Balcony was lovely but we all got splinters in our feet the first day. Needs some tlc. The complex entrance looks and feels derelict, like your entering an abandoned building from the alley.
