The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of town, making it an excellent choice for anyone transiting towards Florina, Greece. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and overall it offered good value for the price I paid. It is a suitable option for a one-night stay.

The bathroom, however, could be improved. The shower drain did not work properly, causing the water to overflow into the toilet area, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, the shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash dispensers were all empty. Unfortunately, the reception was unattended at the time, so there was no one available to provide refills or assistance.

Lovely sized rooms, very central, lovely modern bathroom facilities.

Being offered a far inferior room to the ones I booked. We needed to change rooms due to a schedule change (our own, not the fault of the hotel) and the new room wasn't cleaned properly and all our stuff was removed from the fridge and not returned until we listed everything taken - suddenly it reappeared. Previous guests litter and dirty bathroom things not cleaned away. Never met the person I had been messaging and our check in was cursory at best. Sheets for large king bed too small and bed was completely messed up five minutes after getting in, made for an uncomfortable night. Very noisy outside and inside. Rooms not soundproofed at all.

Being so close to bars you could hear the live music all night so not much sleep
