OCCUPANCY LIMIT 4 - SEBAGO LAKE SHOREFRONT. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE. Rustic shorefront cottage with a small sandy beach. Nice location with deck along the lakeside. Firepit at shore. First floor bedroom, bath with shower and open sleeping area on second floor with 3 double beds. Lovely views of the lake. Camp has been in the family for over 80 years. No Wifi or TV. Please note that the dock in the pictures doesn't belong to this property. 2 CARS ONLY.
Waterfront Description: Small sandy beach. Lots of big rocks on one side of the frontage. Good swimming. Level lot. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: No dock. Mooring: No.
Bedrooms: 1 bedroom w/queen on first floor. Additional sleeping: Open area on second floor with 3 double beds. Linens and Towels Not Provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR OFFICE)
