The rooms were large and air-conditioning was great, pool was a good size for our family of four which was mostly shaded so we could avoid the hot sun. Each bathroom had an ensuite with an additional toilet, two fridges, beds were very comfortable. There is a coffee place nearby - Ruby's which was amazing! Also a short walk to the waffleman - best waffles! 15 min walk to the beach through some fun laneways, we enjoyed exploring the warrungs nearby.
Certainly a local area - not tourist city which adds or detracts to the charm depending on your view. There was a bar across the river that has karaoke, this closes at 1-2am although most nights much earlier. This was much louder for the upstairs bedrooms (kids) but they were too tired to notice. Downstairs was not as loud, and you just get used to it - until they butcher a good song ha!

It was very nice and tidy. They provided insect sprays and repellers in each bedroom. They also helped us out with a laundry service as there wasn’t a laundry room to wash clothes. Property was cleaned every second day as we requested.
It was a bit confusing to find as the address didn’t quite match up in google maps. The TV didn’t have any sound and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on (however we didn’t ask the assistants either).

The space was comfortable, clean and loved the pool .
The outlook from the balcony ,no views ,only unsightly buildings and derelict areas.But it was easy to walk into restaurant and over to the beach .

Everything was perfect there is a bar across the road that plays music loud from 9-11 but nothing to stop you from enjoying the lovely villa
